Michelle Nazzari is the founder and CEO of FONZ Moto, Australia’s leader in premium electric motorbikes, road scooters and mopeds. A Perth-born automotive product designer, Michelle started her career in electric mobility in 2007, working on Australia’s first fully electric commercial coaches before launching FONZ in 2010.
Since then, she has driven the company to several industry firsts - including Australia’s first retailed electric motorbike (NKD) and the opening of the country’s first carbon-neutral micro-factory for two-wheel EV manufacturing. With multiple on-market electric motorbike and moped ranges, FONZ is reshaping urban transport in Australia.
Michelle and her team have won multiple product design awards, and were the 2023 Telstra Best of Business Award winner for Sustainability.
