With over 15 years of experience in strategy, marketing and engagement in the not-for-profit sector, Elsa is a champion of community-led social and environmental change. Elsa has led engagement on a solar program for schools, as well as other major health, climate and conservation projects. Elsa lives on Dharawal country near Wollongong and is currently leading recruitment and engagement of 500 households in Australia's first community-led electrification pilot, Electrify 2515.
