Vivian is the Chief Strategy Officer at The NRMA - Australia's largest member-owned organisation that operates a range of mobility and tourism offerings. She is driving the NRMA's electrification agenda including EV charging, roadside assistance for EVs, 50% electric fleet target for SIXT car rentals, charging and e-bikes at holiday parks and lodges, electric / low emissions ferries, and policy, advocacy and community activities such as hosting EV Drive Days and the EV Hub. Together with the Clubs, NRMA owns ChargeFox - Australia's largest EV charging network.

Vivian previously worked in strategy consulting with Booz & Company, investment banking with Deutsche Bank, and in carbon markets with GreenCollar.
