Sarah Karavasilias

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and a Bachelor of Laws and spent eight years practising as a criminal lawyer before making a career change after having children. In 2022, she joined her husband John Karavasilias at MPSR Group, an award-winning collision repair business in Marrickville, as Chief Administrative Officer. Since joining the automotive industry, Sarah has been recognised with the Paint & Panel Women in Collision Award – Owner/Manager and The Collision Repairer Women in Automotive Award.
Sarah has played an integral role in MPSR Group's continued growth, with the business now operating across more than 10,000 square metres in Sydney's Inner West and working towards a capacity of 200 vehicle repairs per week.
