Penny is leading NSW’s transition to a cleaner, more affordable and reliable energy system. As Minister, she led the introduction of legally binding emissions reduction targets for NSW and is overseeing delivery of the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap – the state’s long-term plan to transform the electricity system and deliver the renewable generation, storage and network infrastructure NSW needs for the future.
