As Manager of City Fleet & Energy at Blacktown City Council, New South Wales largest local government organisation, Kris leads the strategy, performance and transformation of a complex and diverse fleet and plant portfolio supporting essential services across one of Australia’s fastest-growing communities.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience across fleet, transport, engineering, maintenance and asset management, Kris combines deep operational expertise with executive-level commercial and strategic capability. He holds a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney Business School, a Master of Engineering, and executive education in Managing the Human Side of Digital Disruption from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

At the centre of his leadership philosophy is a simple principle: challenge convention, think beyond what exists today, and turn ambitious ideas into operational reality.

Kris has led major initiatives across fleet optimisation, electrification, alternative energy, heavy vehicle operations, asset lifecycle management, technology integration and operational transformation. His approach brings together engineering discipline, data-driven decision-making, commercial acumen and practical operational experience to improve reliability, productivity, sustainability and whole-of-life asset performance.
