Dr Elly Short is a Senior Technical Director for Transport Decarbonisation at GHD, with a background in transport planning. She has delivered multiple Zero Emission Bus and Zero Emission Vehicle research and consulting projects for the public and private sector. This includes leading the Austroads on incident response for thermal runaway in electric vehicles report, and a global review of practices for e-mobility safety on rail for ONRSR. She is passionate about reducing emissions.
