Clare is Head of V2G at Amber, leading Australia’s largest V2G rollout and working to make Vehicle-to-Grid technology accessible to the masses. She is passionate about the role V2G can play in accelerating the renewable transition, driving EV adoption and helping EV owners maximise the value of their vehicles.

Over the past five years at Amber, Clare has led partnerships and innovation projects focused on delivering greater value to customers and accelerating the transition to 100% renewable energy. She led the rollout of SmartShift, Amber’s world-leading battery automation technology, and worked with ARENA to develop Amber’s EV smart charging and V2G technology, now being deployed across Australia.

Clare’s career has been diverse and dynamic. Before Amber, Clare was Client Success Director at strategy agency Step Change and worked globally in theatre production on shows including Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Tap Dogs.
