Anthony is a homeowner within a community parcel deposit plan who has been purposefully transforming his property into a model of modern electrification. Navigating a community association governed by by-laws regulating architectural standards and sustainable infrastructure, Anthony learned that the path to a greener home required as much patience with the process, as his passion for the outcome. Anthony worked closely with the association committee and its managing agent, to secure approvals at each stage. Finally, having now installed solar panels, battery storage, an EV charger, and LED lighting throughout, he is now on the final stretch with a heat pump hot water system and induction cooktop still to come. Anthony brings to the panel an honest, hands-on account of what it truly takes to electrify a home within a community association and has recently joined as committee member.
