Alexandra Kelly is Sourcing Operations Leader at IKEA Australia and New Zealand, driving the company's transition to zero emission home deliveries. She has driven the transition to zero emission home deliveries at IKEA, helping increase electric truck deliveries to around 80% nationally and overseeing the rollout of a nationwide charging network in Australia. Alex also supported the launch of IKEA New Zealand operations with 100% zero emission home deliveries in Auckland. A passionate advocate for sustainable freight, through her role at IKEA, Alex works with delivery partners, industry and government to help address barriers to fleet electrification and support the transition to zero emission transport.

She is also a co-founder and active contributor to Women+ of Zero Emission Vehicles ANZ, a network that promotes greater diversity, representation and leadership opportunities for women in the electric mobility sector. 

Before joining IKEA, Alex was Policy Manager at the Electric Vehicle Council, leading advocacy on commercial vehicle electrification.
