Dr Scott Dwyer is a Research Director at the University of Technology Sydney. His main research interests relate to the opportunities and challenges posed by the transitioning energy and transport systems, especially those relating to markets, customers, technologies, policies, and business models. Dr Dwyer leads his Institute’s work on customer energy innovation and advises on a wide range of sustainable energy technologies including solar, storage, microgrids, fuel cell, hydrogen, and electric vehicles. His current research projects include ones focussed on residential V2G users, electrifying fleets, EV integration for embedded networks and microgrids, and public kerbside charging.
