The FTN story began with two friends, Luke and Kendall with one shared goal: To revolutionise the urban commuter experience. It all started in a garage in New Zealand. Engineers Luke and Kendall wanted to create an electric motorbike that defined it's own genre. They started tinkering with an old push bike. Then COVID hit, giving them the time to complete a working prototype. The Streetdog was born. Beautiful, timeless, electric, and fully engineered in New Zealand. In late 2020, local investors started coming onboard and momentum built. 10 beta bikes were sold. Followed by 100 early adopter pre-sales. With the desire to keep crafting Streetdog's in New Zealand, the team moved from Wellington to Hamilton. Today, FTN has 200+ Streetdogs on the road and is all set to move across the ditch this year with an Australian waitlist already filling up.
