Julie Delvecchio has more than two decades of senior leadership experience in business and advocacy, with expertise in energy and transport.

Her roles have spanned government and commercial sectors including ASX-listed and regulated businesses in energy. Julie has led high impact advocacy campaigns that shape public opinion and influence policy.

Julie was appointed the Electric Vehicle Council’s CEO in January 2025, the national body representing Australia’s EV industry. Its members span vehicle manufacturers, energy providers, and charging infrastructure developers.

Her focus is working across sectors in making EVs more accessible and affordable for Australians, emphasising their role in delivering cleaner air, quieter streets, and long-term cost savings.
